I am Ashalal from Kozhikode. I am a businessman. Like everybody I have lots of time to spare. I needed to do something to spend that time productively.
I chanced upon ITrans from a news paper advertisement about 15 months ago. If I remember correctly it was June 2014. The advertisement was about a seminar about Medical Transcription. At the time I was aware of the industry but nothing more. I am an inquisitive person and I decided to attend only to learn a little more about the industry.
I had spare time so I attended the short seminar, which was precise. I was a little skeptical at first but after few days I decided to join the training to become an MT. After nine months of training which includes theory and practice, on the job training and live training, I was able to successfully complete the process of training.
What is really awesome about this company is the commitment and dedication of the Management and staff, and support people. More important than the training itself, it is the support they have given me during my initial MT days by giving me feedback regarding my performance. Even today I get this support without asking for it.
When I first started, I was able to do about 200 to 300 lines per day. Presently, my daily target is 800 to 1000 lines per day which I cross without much difficulty. If I could do this in such a short time, I’m sure I could go much beyond as I gain experience. If I can do it, so can anyone else.
Being new to this industry, I was initially skeptical about the payments and rates in the market. Now, after 5 months working with them, I have come to understand the system. The rates are fare and the payments are on the dot.
This is an excellent company to work with and I would recommend it to anyone. I actually feel safe.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Robins, our Chairman & MD and Mrs. Sajini M, our Operations Head and the technical and support teams.
You are awesome.
