After one previous career, which was medically related, I decided to take the plunge and go for it. When I first started the course, while being excited at starting this new adventure, there were times of apprehension as well, because I was required to complete the course in an abbreviated time frame, and this did not come without sacrifice. Once I got the discipline down, studying every day became a routine for me. Our course was of six months duration including typing practice as well. I joined the course on November, 2009. The language of medicine was very helpful to me and the voice files help me very much. Now I am confident that I can do well in any company. I found that the more I listened, the more I was able to decipher. Repeating the doctor dictation’s also strengthened my formatting, spelling, and grammar skills.
Moreover, I am happy that I got a job as soon as I finish my first phase of training. Now I am working along with my studies. I accomplished all this as I got help from Compudata, Kaloor – the authorized training center of our trainers, ITrans Solutions. I am very thankful to both.

Hi, I am Nisha Balachandran. I am a housewife. I had my degree in Acturial Science and thereafter did MBA from IGNOU. From my current position as a housewife, with two small kids, I was looking for a vocation which is challenging, rewarding, but at the same time which I can do from home. At this time I came to know about ITrans Online Medical Transcription Training Program. I could successfully complete the 6 months home-based program from ITrans which equipped me with all the basic knowledge and skills required for a medical transcriptionist. After completion of the course, I got a one-month on-the-job training as well, and thereafter, presently I am engaged with a firm doing medical transcription work for them from my home. Thus the ITrans program helped me to realize my goal to be a professional, from the convenience of my home.

It has been three months into working with a medical transcription company on completion of the six months online course done through ITrans. I had enrolled myself with Compudata, Kaloor which was the authorized study centre for the online course. Initially, I was a bit worried if I could take this field as a professional course, but towards the end I could see myself joining this industry as soon as in two weeks after the results were out in January 2010. I would like to appreciate the whole team of ITrans for the tremendous effort they have taken to make things easier for students who have decided to take medical transcription as a career. They have done a great job to motivate the students and keep them updated with the various aspects of this career based course. The experienced faculty of ITrans needs to be given a great credit for helping the students develop the skills needed for a medical transcriptionist. I feel Compudata, Kaloor will also need to be given credit for bringing great exposure to medical transcription through their active interaction with the best professionals in the industry to give the best for their students. Keep it up!!!

I am so glad that after finishing my degree, I decided to join ITrans Medical Transcription Course because this has become a career-defining course for me. I completed medical transcription training from Compudata at Kaloor, which is an authorized center for ITrans Medical Transcription training. The truth just speaks for itself in that I was able to secure a job within six months of starting this course. The course is very apt and adequate and has moulded me into an excellent medical transcriptionist that I have become. I am a Literature graduate and I had an affinity to science especially towards zoology. So I finally reached I-Trans for achieving my career heights. Now I am conveying my regards that made my career to a higher level that I didn’t even imagine before.
I-Trans has both inhouse and homebased house training. I was an In-house trainee and I had completed my course successfully. I got an immense and skillful training section, which includes the study of human body systems, anatomy, pathology, etc., that helped me a lot to gain success in my career.
For your guidance: I-Trans assisted and guided by skillful people who gives the best training sections. It includes grammar, theory, and other aspects based on medical transcription. At the end of each month the tests are conducted for theory, typing test (speed and accuracy), and transcription. Each month we need to submit an assignment based on our reading ability.Now, on my behalf, let me welcome all of you who read this section to contact the concerned of I-Trans as sooner as possible. The first five weeks were spent on the Body systems and introduction to Language of medicine and then it was off to the races with the theory classes, exams, typing practice and the files.
